Shiekan insurance and reinsurance company renewed recently the Takaful Contract with Sudanese teachers and education workers. The contract was signed by Mr. Salah Elddin Moussa Mohammed , the Managing Director and his deputy, Mr / Nasreddin Salih Idris on behalf of Shiekan Insurance and Reinsurance Company and Dr. Mutasim Abdul Rahim Hassan, head of the Association of the Sudanese teachers and Mr. Mohamed Abbas Ahmed Habibullah President of the Sudanese General Union of Workers Education.

The Shiekan Takaful policy provides collective coverage for all employees of the public education in Sudan including coverage of risks of death, total permanent disability by accidents or illness and dangerous diseases. It covers as many as 13 diseases.

Many observers praised the level of the Takaful services provided by Shiekan to assist in community development, security and stability.
